The pattern direction and placement of the lining are random, so each product's pattern varies. Custom orders such as size changes are difficult. While designed for adult women, the hat can also be worn by older children depending on body type; however, for children, we recommend wearing the side with the shorter brim to the front. Due to variations in body types, consultations regarding size are challenging. Please refer to the actual measurements of the product before purchasing.

Please wash separately in cold water. There may be a 2-5% shrinkage during washing. Do not soak in water for an extended period. Avoid using a dryer as it may cause shrinkage; please air dry instead. Please use a neutral detergent without bleach, fragrance, dye, chlorine, or fluorescent brightening agents. If baby-specific detergent contains alkaline ingredients, it may cause discoloration or fading. Iron lightly at a low temperature after drying. Damage to the product due to improper washing/care is not the responsibility of our company.

Please check for defects before wearing the product, as exchanges and returns are difficult once worn due to inability to confirm initial defects. Exchanges and returns are only possible for products that have not been worn and whose packaging remains undamaged. Exchange or return requests will be refused if there are signs of wear.
